FederationRO Private Ragnarok Server is now up and running.
This server is run by a Intel Pentium 4 Processor [3.2 GHz] with 512 MB of SDRAM, so basically there is no lag unless supporting upwards of 25/30+ players.
This server is set to be up for 24/7 uptime, unless installing patches/updates.
We (the GM's) put together a patch, containing several customized loading screens and custom items/sprites, but cannot find a host in which to service the patch so that people can download. anyways this server has a lot of custom NPc's and the rates are currently about 1k/1k/1k.
