simply because you don't believe in something doesn't make the people who do, not intelligent. the key words in your post are "I have alwayas thought" thus implying your thoughts are worth listening to as intelligent...(now I am not saying you aren't ) but you assume you are and that makes your opinion on things intelligent... sounds just like phatty... he "thought " his ideas were intelligent and believed so...

How are people unable to argue in favor of the truth... besides the fact that what you want is an argument not a discussion. when people argue nothing really smart is accomplished... you'll understand if you ever have a real strong relationship or a wife... but if you discuss something from opposite sides then you would be surprised how both sides can leave intelligent comments supporting their thoughts and come to an understanding or even revalation.

I can very easily show much truth to why I believe in the christian faith... i see no need to argue with any idiot who wants to pick a fight. its sort of the same thing as yes I have a high degree of martial arts training but I am not going to raise fists and fight any fool who wants to say I don't... its just not... well intelligent.

Lastly.. I find it intresting that apart from phatty (who isn't an issue anymore) most everyother christian favoring person here has never called an agnostic or atheist or satanist or mormon unintelligent... or stupid... yet quite a few times I have seen the insult thrown towards more than one of the faith believeing.. christian satanic whatever. so i raise the question how intelligent is a person whos goal is to argue and insult, that believes in nothing other than themselves... honestly... to get a rise out of people. sort of llike the myspace blog I posted... his goal is to get a rise and argue not reallly make a point or teach anything. its cute and amusing though.
