Loosing data is the most common problem. I must say that that is your own problem. Make backups! Make backups! digital pictures are not replaceable. Your anime-collection is. You cannot go on holiday again to make pictures, you can download your anime again. it does cost a lot of time, but it's not as valuable as pictures of relatives.
If you deleted something accidently, it's hard to return it. Compagny's are paid over 500 dollar to retrieve information which was accidently deleted.
If your windows doesn't work and you want to save information, we can help you. If your internet-connection doesn't work, got spyware, virus or just got questions about security or BETA-testing, you're welcome as well to ask.
Still, we are not responsible for any damage to your computer. If we give you a file/program which messes up your computer, we're not responsible. If we give you a link and the website infiltrates your computer with spyware, we're not responsible. The internet is one big maze with dangerous places.
