Re: dsl?halo2?xbl?
DSL should run good provided you're playing against people not 'too far' away, dialup is probably the only connection that would be not acceptable for Xbox Live use.

Re: dsl?halo2?xbl?
Yeah DSL with download limits is funny. I have never seen any big companies in the US try to do this. Maybe just something in other countries? But yes DSL works fine with XBL that is what I use.

Re: dsl?halo2?xbl?
We get limits here on nearly all DSL services, it sucks.
I've got a 10gb download cap (and uploads count towards it).

Sorry Zyklon, Go USA! hehe Does your service stop working after the limit or is it like a cell phone bill and they stick it to you on charges?

For me it's shaped, however I know some really cheap plans with like 200mb download limit have an excess rate of $50+/per GB. That's really how they just sucker all the old people or computer newbs into paying lots of money for their service cause they don't know any better.

Don't worry, its the same in the UK. Probably every DSL service has download limits, i'm on 30gb a month. While i was with Wanadoo i broke that limit and downloaded 31gb a month, they threated to disconnect us. Well was too much so i just went with another.
