Morrowind

I have been playing morrowind for about a year and a half now and am still wondering a few things but have lost interest in doing it myself so I was wondering if someone out there has and will tell me the following.

1. What benefits does being in with the temple and actually doing what they tell you to? (I was caught stealing twice and they wont let me back in, but if there is a way to get back in how do you do it?)

2. How do you get an invitation from Vivec to come see him and he does what for you?

3. and what about the other heroes? I forget their names but they have citys named after them just like Vivec so do they live secretly somewhere in them also? (kind of a crude question but cant quiet remember)

4. Just a thing I ask all my friends like whats your favorite character to make a magic user or Fighter ETC? (and if you want to get into great detail about this one what major and minor abilitys?)

Thanks for listening because im still interested in morrowind but Xbox is going dead and I need these answers they are killing me! Thanks.

Smile Re: Morrowind

1. For most guilds after doing something wrong all the quest givers would advise you to "See {so in so} and "Make Amends" to get back into the guild". First the punishment is like 1,000g then more and more. Maybe after 10,000 they will just ignore your requests.

But quests and benefits for the Temple are that after you complete the weird pilgrimages and move higher up the quest givers tell you of extrodinarily hard to find places in the world where most of the super enchanted weapons are, or amulets, etc. One being a favourite of mine, the Skullcrusher, A mace that has contant effects of feather and fortify mace.

2. Being invited into Vivec's quarters is essentially one of the turning points in the game. If you've started the "Blades" quests thru Crassus Curio (sp?) that old guy who asked you to get information about the Sixth House in the begining in Balmora then you basically just have to continue those quests until Vivec does send for you.

3. The Heroes, the other people whom are like Vivec are Sotha Sil, and Almalexia. If you have Tribunal expansion pack, then you get quests from Almalexia, and well see both her and Sotha Sil. Almalexia is in her Church like building with the most deadly High Ordinators (guards similar to Vivec's) in the game. I believe she has a dozen around her.

4. I love morrowind, but sadly my xbox is pretty bad at running it. Wish I had a nice computer to run it on, but I'm basically waiting for Oblivion ::
Character wise I love the Khajiits and Dark Elves. The Thieves, Assassins, Telvanni quests are of my favorites. And the entire Bloodmoon expansion.
Sneak, Alteration, Destruction, Short Blade, Light Armor. Favoring Agility, Speed, and Personality.
Basically Thieving little spellsword like assassins. And the Bow isn't all that bad.

Re: Morrowind

I don't play as enthusiastically as some people, but...

I typically make characters with Long Sword, Light Armor, Persuasion(??), Mercantile, and some of the better magical things as major skills. I make sure to be good at all the magic stuff. I guess a...Nightblade, my own way. But a righteous Nightblade, of course. Not some seedy assassin out for gold. I like to think of the character as a Morrowind version of a Jedi, myself.
