God of War - moving floor area
I am playing normal mode on God of War and have just entered the area with the moving floor, archers and harpies...
I can't for the life of me, kill them all and get the stage completed. Is there a secret to dodging the harpies when they turn into fireballs or is there a way to prevent them from turning into fireballs and dive-bombing my ***.
The archers are no problem, the harpies are just killing me. I don't have enough magic for Poseiden or Army of Hades, but I do have my Rage of the Gods.
Any suggestions? :?

Almost forgot... This is the best video game I've EVER played. Challenging, engaging & addictive.
Definitely recommend it.

Keep using the right analog stick to dodge. I forget where exactly that is, so have you gotten the Sword of Artemis yet? That works pretty well against harpes. Try using Zeus' Thunderbolts. How did u get Army of Hades? Im past that, but I didn't get it yet.

To be honest, the Zeus thunderbolts don't do any good against all those harpies and the sword is only good for when they get close to you. My biggest problem right now is them dive-bombing w/ fireballs; they normally hit 2-3 at a time and you end up into the grinders.
The spinning attack w/ the blades seems to work best against the harpies, but again, only when they are close. Kratos tends to go towards the grinders when you do that too.
Still trying to get past this stage...

Hey thanx for the help I beat the game. Pressing O with the Blades of Chaos kills harpies in one shot. Also, Artemis' Blade comes in handy, too. After u get Pandora's Box, u go to to the underworld and after u beat that u go back to Athens anf face Aries. I won't tell u the ending, but what I will say is that its awesome.
