I'm surprised that this is actually a pretty big scare going about. I mean, come on, people have been using cell phones for a while now, and nothing's getting worse.

I got a bit tired of hearing people talk about cell phone radiation, so I did a little research.

Looks safe to me. After all, we've been using radio waves for years, before television even existed.

People these days worry too much.

If they were radioactive is would be required by law to put a tag on the box saying their are dangers involved.So since their is none, I assume that cell phone radiation was just another reason for a mother not to get her daughter a cell phone.

mobiles do give out harmful radiation but not enough to cause damage, you will notice if your near a pc and you mobile wrings it makes the pc act funny, well mainly the moniter. and a ringing mobile can screw a deff persons hearing aid.

If anything, a mother should want to get a kid a cell phone. Best way to keep track of them. Just today, I was visiting a friend after school instead of coming right home, and about an hour and 45 minutes after I was supposed to be home, I get a call from my dad wondering where I was at. Fortunately, my parents are the sort that just want to know where I am. Again, people worrying too much. I can't wait until college.

Mobile phones suck, I don't know why anyone would want one other then for business use.

And the great thing is, because a lot of teenagers can't afford to be on a plan, they go on credit, and waste all their credits, then when they actually need to use the phone for an emergency, they've got no credit. Kinda makes it pointless.

Mobile phones are pretty useful. My dad threw out our ground line at home when all four of us got cell phones. I guess that makes sense, since we never answered the phone anyways, we were all too lazy. Myself, I usually use it only when I need to. My dad, who is about 41 years old, is the one who's using over half of our family's total monthly minutes. Our plan is actually some sort of family plan where all four of our phones get so many minutes in total and can talk to each other for free.

If a teenager is stupid enough to talk and talk and talk without paying attention to their minutes, then it's their own fault.

Whats a cell phone? i have not heard of one of those in years, now we got phones that play games, text message, take pic's, play video and etc...
so having all this extra stuff inside the our cell phones make it more dangerous?
