-Run the NuRO icon on your desktop

you obviously didn't install it right. you need to install the kRO and Korean Sakray servers, patch them fully, then install NuRO. You also need to open the shortcut titled "NuRO" to play NuRO.

When in the game, and on a character, go to options and change the skin to the Basic Skin, not <default skin>
