well i have tried SSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOO MANYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY YYY free servers for ragnarok but the best one would have to be ChaosRO, it is very easy to get everything set up to play, there are no sprite errors, very few server disconnects, and none of those troubling errors. It is simply the best!!! the people, the GMs are very nice, YOU GOTTA TRY IT.
the rates are:
base exp x 10 job exp x 10 and item drops x 10
