Have you got an original PS2 cd that is not working properly?
Is there a lot of scratches under it?
O.K Just try this:

Put your CD in a boiling water.And Let it boil abaut 15-20 seconds.
Take it out and dry it with a soft material.
Put it in your PS2 and begin to play.
My friends and I tried it.
Trust me it really works...

ok then well it work if some one dump pepsi on my GT2 game (and it was not the arcade one) it was the sim... disc
and i tried every thing
but i think it got bake in the disc
but it cant hurt to try lol

I wouldnt even put the CD in my PS2, it would probably blow up lol

if ya go to blockbuster and rent something out u can use the games a ginea pigs... (they have lots and lots of scratches) and i dont think ill try the ps2 cd cooking cos all my games are still working... might sacrifise some psx games though MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

well my GT 2 game is all messed up
and since it is for the PS 1
i could try it to play it in my PS 1
i well try it later but not in my PS2

Some of my friends who tried this method told that "After boiling the CD for a few seconds we saw a thin layer leaving the Disc whic has lots of scratches on."

But I am warning again you can try this method only on original CDs.Do not try on copy cds.Or else you can say "Astalavista baby"
to your CD.lol

well i dont have copied cd's just the oringal

hahaha.. well i guess it works .. plastic can be modified or reassembled at high temperature... from what ive seen 100 C should be enough to allow the bonding of the scratches (if thats a correct term) and so the scratches should kinda dissapear... though when i tried it with "HUGO"the scratches dissapeared (hahaha i knew it would have some use keeping the damn game) but the bit with the data, u know the shiny bit, started to come off.... lol i dont think ill try this with my £40+ Ps2 games

yeah but if you put some oil and some salt you can fry it.. the slice some tomatoes and boil some egg and it makes the perfect meal

i dont know if he tried it yet
but i would not try it on a ps2 game untill he trys it on his ps game

i already gave my veredict... dont try unless ya wanna cry ... (that can be a cry of pain becuase it was ur favorite game or a cry of joy because u finally got rid of that darn game lol )
