3D Game
Ever thought of making your own 3d game. It is a lot of fun.
You need to know a bit of programming and know how to use
a 3D engine. Visual Basic is very easy for starters.
3DSTATE is a decent 3d engine. There are quite a few others too.
You need to look at a few and choose one that suits you best.

i've thought about makin games (not necesarely 3d ones... but IM HOPELESS. I even tried using RPGmaker2000 to make a simple RPG but I just can't do it!! ...
anyone else ever tried to make a game?

If my dorkmister mind had the patience and the imagination of a 2-year-old fart, I might decide to make a side-scroller game.
O yeah if I knew how to program it would help too. But, it would take time and patience.

yeah i do... have ya read the help thingy from it? im not even sure if it wants to help you ie "we will not help you how to create it. You will just have to figure it out yourself" lol thats helpfull.
anyway fatman, have you tried using the damn thing?? (i cant even make it work correctly lol)

Yeah I got a little game happening, takes alot of time though...
Also theres a program for RPG maker so you can create your own Character Set

You can start with the 3dstate engine. I believe this the only 3dengine available that is heavily inclined towards programmer friendliness. Check it out at www.3dstate.com
Ofcource you must know programming basics of at least one programming language.
