I have an idea
hey monstergamer wot ya thiink of this..
i noticed that in the store u can donate points to other users.. well why not make a subforum (or watever) thats like a charity kinda thing. Users post the reason why the other should give them points... and and if their lucky (and the excuse moved the other's heart) then they might just get a few donations. (it doesn't need to be a real reason... just one that makes u laugh or something)
eg.
I need  points so We can continue with fatman's treatment and make him good again... or If i gain enough point i will buy everyone icecream  ... etc.

or once you get enough members, people could request like custom avatars or sigs to be made for points, and make the board for that kind of thing. Or people who need help finding info on the internet could offer points for it there
