Divx
The guys that installed my mod chip said I be better of downloading Divx. I was just wondering how it works.. Thanks

Divx is the codec used for video files, by default the xbox media player (if you have it installed) can play movies that are using the divx codec just fine.

All you need to do is FTP to your xbox, upload the files you want to watch, and run them by launching the media player.

How do I know that I have the codec installed.. if not how do i get it.. Thanks.

Get the latest version of the xbox media player, and install it ;)
