i've been trying to pick out a PS3, and my friend recommend the 40gb for me, the deal is for only $360.

I don't know if i should choose a 80gb, is there any big difference between them? any suggestions?

I'd suggest waiting 'till June, then buying the MGS4 PS3 bundle, (if your into any of that). Comes with the game, 80GB PS3 (with bc on PS1 AND PS2 games), and a dualshock III controller (vibration and motion censor). All for $499.99

If not, just get the 80 now, you'll need the space.

Basicaly the ps3 can be fitted with any 2.5inch laptop harddrive so space isnt really a problem. ( just go spend $100 and grab a 250g hard drive ) and imo just get a 40g and if you feel the need to play ps2 games go get a preowned ps2 for about $1.

Very true. You can practically get PS2's out of gumball machines they are so cheap.
