So who got it?

I just finished it today, FF7 has always been my favorite FF so this was a treat imo

The end was great, the game was, i enjoyed the story... was wondering who else played threw it?

I thought about but haveing never ever ever liked ff in anyway at alll i skipped it i read good reviews on it except that it was one button mashing game...

i played ff7 still hate the turn based stuff but fun game overall played the one on the psp and its actually very hard and that makes it more fun.

I got the FF PSP with Crisis Core and completed the game straight away. Gotta say, FF8 was my favourite game for a decade, and Crisis Core has taken that spot

Excellent game though, couldn't put the PSP down

Really? Isn't eight known as one of the worst FF games? Besides X-2.

People are pretty split in the middle over FF8. It's like Marmite, you either love it or you hate it

Haha.
Heard it just took the series in a different, radical direction.
Compared to the previous one, VII. Which is the most popular.

I'd say the hype, and build-up was so high for VIII, because of VII, that the differences between the two ruined the 8th installment.
