Yeah the new macbook air is looking to be an amazing machine. I am a PC user through and through, but i have become a very proactive video editer. So i bought a mac for those purposes. I also travel a lot so i thought that it would make sense to buy a laptop. Have not once regretted it.

I'm not convinced by the Air. I'm impressed with how thin it is. But that's because it doesn't have any drives with it. Surely that's a step-down?

Laptops with probably follow the same pattern mobile phones have. Everyone will see how small they can make them than realise no one gives a shit than just start making them as powerful as possible. Saying that, there are already some small laptops out there and already some really powerful ones. So maybe its already happened. Who knows..

apple is the only computer company repeatadely reporting profit that rises each quarter... so they are doing somehting right... i freaking love my new MACbook.. even downlaoded some super geeky goofy programs like macsaber.... if you havent seen it go to youtube and type in macsaber.. some people are just nuts though.
Now with dual boot capability i see no reason to own a pc, the ones cheaper than macs can't run any good games.. or powerful aplications.. and the ones as expensive as macs can't always do as much.
I won both a pc desktop and a mac laptop.. i like them both i don't really care what one I am on most of the time... no to buy an iphone... and I am set.
