The only historical religious text that contains the word Satan is the bible, Satan is a creation of christianity, without christianity there is no satanism and thus it is the same religion. Albeit two opposing sides of the same religion, one preaching moral purity and chaste living while the other promotes personal indulgences and social excesses.

The cherry on the top that makes satanists the most tragic and sad gits in the world, is the fact that they only chose it to be different, to stand out from the crowd, to be unique (wether they realise it or not) rather than having any sort of belief system related to it. After all, it's pretty hard to believe in a religion that has no actual doctrine. All of what Satanism stands for can be summed up in four words:

Instead of jumping in here and saying your a loser for believeing this or that, make a new thread "why I think satanisum is dumb" cause your stupid comments just wasted half this thread and I was intrested in satanisum not what you idiots think of the guy who believes in it.

I see some very good comments in here too. Satanisum does have doctrine (albiet its not very old) but neither is scientology and plenty of very intelligent very influential people go there. I think the biggest losers in any of these posts are the people who know nothing more than the link that was provided (and you prolly didn't go to it) and then say your dumb for believeing in it.

I personally feel your way on the wrong side. We have a quarter here and you see the eagle and I see the head (or what ever states we have a quarter of lol) we are looking at the same thing seeing it differntly.
