Scientology is a cult, no two ways about it. They're not even counted as a religion in the UK. They treat their members like **** and if you wiki Project Snow White, Project Freakout and Lisa McPherson as the best known examples, you'll probably have a clearer picture.

Great for a laugh and producing jokes, though.
