I normally buy in volume, I just was at the store and needed a few. I frankly don't care what kind of batteries I use, thoughI think I have rechargable energizer ones. Yeah rechargables are way better, hands down.

I haven't the chance to try any, but I don't think I have anything that would need them. A pair of Duracell batteries for my tv remote last no less than 3 years. Even then, that was the lifespan of a pair that had been in the cabinet for a year.

I've had the same batteries in my t.v remote since I got it, and that was over 5 years ago

I often replace my remote batteries because I have to use them for something else that takes batteries. lmao
