I heard that a good way to get rid of a headache was to put pressure on the skin thing between your thumb and index finger fora few minutes. Also, put pressure on your wrist, three fingers width away from where your hand is.

I also found that in the middle of your foot (the side of the feet closer together) there is a little bone, put some pressure on it to calm the nerves

always wanting to feel love and not is stress its on topic.. i never would have said you fam either... Love is a many splendid thing, but it hurts you too. I have been burned and it caused a lot of stress for me, but finding my true love relieved that stress (like how im on topic lol) Im sorry you never have felt love, I really hope you do.. It will hurt you someway, but I believe in the line, its better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all.... Never harden your heart against it or it will forever evade you...Being Loved is the best stress reducer i think/
