Masturbation would be an excellent stres reducer and nothing there is nothing wrong with anyone posting it in this thread. Personally, I prefer not to be alone in a room whilst I am having sex.
A lot of the folks (and I am going out on a limb here), if polled, would probably rank this method of stress relief #1.

I must say when my wife is stressed out she gets really rowdy in bed and its fun, I love relieving her stress, I didn't think through the whole haveing a kid and all the new stress that brings on lol. But tis a good stress hehehehe. and leads to more stress relief. I deff think its the best way.
