Anyone that plays games know what Fanboys are, jerks who believe their opinion is the only one that matters.

For instance an excite Kid will say I got a new Ps3 and Fanboy will say, sell it now get a 360.

Why is my question. ?

Funny part is you (points at Fan boy reading this ) will automaticly say Im an Xbox fanboy right now cause I used that example. In actuallity I buy and play all the Game systems and each has things I love about them None really have downside as people like to call them.

The Xbox360- The only real downsaid I can find is past hardware issue, yet it gets taken care of by the manufaturer so can't really be a downside, the downside would be isf they said oops sorry your outside your warranty, like any other company would.

upside are on and on everyone raves about the differnt things they like, but list a few, Some Backwards Compatabliity, Several options for differnt budgets, tons of Games to Choose from and good looking machin (past xbox was just not pretty)

The Playstation3- No real Downside either, Price was an issue but with all new things it dropped, and if your looking for a blu ray player, even if you never play a station game its the cheapest player outhere and how many people can use ther DVD player to get online. exactly.

upside, incredible processing power, Sony makes it and backs it so plenty of support, Beautiful games, Growing Library and Backwards Compatablity with futur potential unknown but there

Wii- Downside, again what, the graphics, come on some games are great looking but then again the box has some not so pretty games as does Ps3, looks are only part of the formula that makes a great game, no dvd player, who doesnt already have one come on this isnt a selling pont its an ad on and it helps with the price

Upside-price, most familes in America can afford this reasonable Price (original NES was 100) Fun level and learning curves are all there and It must be worthwhile American stores can't kepp them in stock going on over a year here. I think Furbies were onsale day after chritmas and its been two christmas' that the wii is flying off and still sold out.

Point being why make fun of people or look for negatives.... sorry had to vent after reading pretty much all day on these forums... some of the people that post (who chal remain nameless) are just fanboys or straight jerks. If you can't say something nice, or constructive, keep your mouth shut.

I understand your feelings towards fanboyism.

To me, a fanboy is someone who completely shuts down any opposing idea, or fact, no matter what. Defending what they believe is the greatest thing out there with no flaws, not caring, or bothering to hear anything else, anyone else has to say.

Your not saying anything truly negative, or have any biased opinions towards each console, but it's all been said before mate.

PS3 - Blu-ray will die slowly in the face of either HD-DVD or another of the many variants. Too expensive. No games. At the moment, no decent online functionality.

In my eyes, the only good console of these new ones is the 360. Wii is dangerous for nomral people, and I am very accident prone, i quickly injured myself and others when I played. PS3 is too high tech for the current crowd, and for broke as jokes like me. 360 has great graphics, fun games, and Mass Effect.

Pretty much like all systems, but could never see myself getting a Wii.

I would never use it.

Enjoy the 360, (mass effect and bioshock were incredible), but am currently favoriting the PS3.

I used to be a Nintendo fanboy but really the only reason why, was because I couldn't afford the other consoles as well. This generation though I've got to say that to me the 360 does seem the best console. I've barely played my Wii since last Christmas and the PS3 just doesn't seem to have the games right now. That said I might change my mind if someone else gave me the money to buy a ps3.

I am a movie fanatic so I have to have blu ray and HD, only certain movies come out on each. I truly hope for HD to be the perm but not gonna happen either way for al ong time, Cheapest blu-ray on hte market PS3 why bot get a game device too right,, then I played heavenly sword omg fun, I can now play titles like God of war and such. I paid like 280 for the 20 gbone cause it was used at gamestop, and that with a warranty. i live on my 360 Halo 3 and true that to all my mass effect buddys.

I have a hard time buying a game thats on both ps3 and 360 simply because the achievment points, some games do look better on my 56" HD tv but not by more than a hair, Drake is a great game on the ps3 and motorstorm is too, I love them all, We played wii bowling last night for like 4 hours and then boxed, wii just need some good new games, that all, my daughter loves it, shes 8 and she can drive cars like mom and dad, thats worth all the money to see her have fun...

Fanboy of technology is what you might call me!!!!!
