So what did you get?
Heya  So what did you ps3-owners get for xmas? (games)
My dad was in the US so I told him to pick up UT3 as it won't be out for a lil in Switzerland, Armored core 4 because it wasn't released here and I'm a AC/Mech fan, and Eye of Judgement because it costs about 130$ here :S Overall quite pleased!, UT3 is great at first I thought that without the keyboard and mouse combination that I've been using for 4 years will make me regret getting it on ps3 but honestly it's fine, it's just a bit slower tho ^^ |

I wanted a blu ray dvd player, (im one of those that has to have all of it and I have the hd dvd player for the 360) and my wife amazed me by buying me a Ps3. I am very pleased then I found out she wanted it to play old ps2 games on and I was even happier my wife is a closet gamer Im a trully happy man now lol. I like the ps3 so now there are two of us with them right lol..... Actually i plays really nice I got heavenly sword and Motorstorm. Both decent games with beautiful graphics. and not available on my Elite 360.

Recently got the orange box, and UT3.
Team Fortress 2 is one of the best, most balanced online shooters I have played in a long time, thank you for releasing it finally Valve. 
Your often online playing CoD4, next time I'll play you in some UT3 Ice.

Yeah, but the servers lag for me, it isn't released in EU yet, so people who are imported have low ping servers for me that I can go on. TF2 rocks I play it on PC as I can run it on high frames but UT3 I just wanted to get it on ps3 to piss off my bro, its slower but fun  |

ill prolly get it then.. all the ps3 servers are sorta tuff on users because they are free. i think the slow time and waiting is worth the non subsciption

I get no lag, only reason Ice does is low ping, imported.
Servers are fine, its your connection that will screw you.

how can you up your connection or is it soley and ISP thing?
My xbox live gives me no problems just ps3 i figured it was lower use of the servers but I figured with less people it would be faster.

The team fortress II servers for PSN are all SCEA. Dedicated.
Unreal tournament III servers all depend on ping. Some idiots make it incredibly high as to glich the hell out of the match.
Just check the ping before picking a server in Unreal T 3.

Yup, and seeing as there are mostly US servers apart from other EU users who imported the game too, most servers have a high ping because of them being in the US and I'm in switzerland. So I can only go on when I find a german/NL server (only find those lol) apart from that the online is great, I just hope epic gets some dedicated servers up, because I love joining the same server again and again not having to change everyday!

sometimes I complain about how we don't get ot pick the settings on halo3 but when I hear about people intentionally glitching games the set up I sort of like it.
I got UT3 today, can't wait to play it online.
