Couldn't lengthen the title of this thread to; The Walking Dead, which this thread is about because of the dreeded white screen. This should be titled; the walking dead, to all readers.


Just started reading this series a few days ago. Anyone else know of it?

It's a brilliant, different type of apocolyptic, zombie, graphic novel/comic series.

The creator/s Robert Kirkman, as well as many others.
They are working on about six different comic series all at once, so a new issue in the series is released not to often, but it's most definitly the best zombie comic experience I've had. Their currently working on number seven right now, which will be released soon.

I highly recommend checking this out, if you love zombie horror.

I love this series. The fact that character could be killed at any moment is great. Some of the twists in this series have been ****ing AWESOME.

^^Not yet. I can get a 1000p novel for the same price as 100 or so Animal farm I'm gonna have to check Ebay.

Anyway, do you think in The Walking Dead, that when the good things happen they are more of a surprise than the bad things?

I'm buying the series in volumes. I currently have volume 1. Don't know how many issues they include in each volume, but there's currently seven volumes out. I normally never do volumes, but had a hard time trying to track down each comic, and didn't really want to do it through mail in this case. I'll be picking up volume II soon. What I really like about the series so far is the no mercy of it all, he or she could die at any moment, no sugar coating.

Each volume is 5 issues, except the first which is 6.

Estacado, oh man, the next 6 volume are AWESOME. A lot more deaths and drama, and you're right, they're NEVER safe. NEVER.

Yes on that mate. Your shocked, and feel a cold sweat of nervousness when something good happens cause its so very rare. As for the next six volumes, I'm itching to know what happens. Once I get through the next few we'll be discussing. And, you should pick this up White.
