On topic: Being with a 13 year old is wrong and immoral. Those who condone it are aiding and abetting this behavior and help places like Thailand and some of the former Eastern Block Countries thrive on this sort of arrangement for their own personal monetary gain. The Middle East (Saudi's in particular) sell even their 10 year olds.

It is wrong from a legal standpoint. It is statutory rape at it's better scenario, white slavery, actual rape and in the lesser sense, it might be deemed unlawful dealing with a minor. HUrting a child in any sense is deemed immoral.

People only consider it wrong because it's against the law and has been for so long and they were brought up that way, but in some and countries it's different ages and it's not wrong there.

But it's not against the law everywhere is it? I can think of two countries were the age of consent is 14 (don't know about the different states being from the UK) and they have less of a problem of under 16's getting pregnant and generally have less of a problem.
