I download a "Splinter Cell: Essentials" twice, both the time it didn't work.

This Message keeps appearing :

" The game could not be started (80020148) "

My PSP has gotten Custom Firmware by Dark Alex..

3.40 OE-A

Fully ISO/CSO Supporting

Please somebody help me out!
