Re: Anybody got a mac
I've never owned a mac.. but in my past years i grew to hate them... Have they changed, boss?
all i can see in them is the ability to create media, like photos, music and websites.. apart from that its a no no from me

Re: Anybody got a mac
My old high school used macs...Horrid and painful experience for around 5 year of my life...
I would rush home to get some good old Windows action. :p

Re: Anybody got a mac
I hate the MAC, but for work obligations and compatibility, I have one as well.
I was raised on the PC and prefer that all the way.

Re: Anybody got a mac
I have been raised on the PC myself, but I used a Mac once when I was helping at a school. I didn't have any trouble picking up how to use it. It is common sense if you look at it for a minute.
Don't worry MG, a Mac is my next computer without a doubt.

Re: Anybody got a mac
^There are just enough differences though to distinguish itself from the PC's and lend themselves to a preference. Whilst compatible..they are still Worlds apart. I think most people continue with what they initially learned on.

Re: Anybody got a mac
They are many differences, but you could put a PC and Mac in front of me and I would be able to run them side by side as if there was no difference. No gloating or anything like that, but a Mac to me is just as easy to operate as a PC.

Re: Anybody got a mac
I use macs at work. Ancient things, but surprisingly still working, for the most part.

I still have to take into account the conversion facets of commands, etc. I am a much slower MAC user...

So's Phatty. Only just noticed?
You realise this is a person who's previously managed to label Astrology as "Space Science".

^If I am not mistaken, it was not until I pointed out that this was astonomy that you realized that you had let that slight fall by the wayside for a day or so.

What can I say? It was my greatest failure; I gave him too much credit.
