Who here is Nocturnal?
I have just realised HOW nocturnal i am.
It is 10 minutes past 2 in the morning and i woke up from bed around 2 hours ago. !!
MY sleeping patern is quite messed up. I will probally fall asleep tomorrow a around 2pm in the day : \
Who else has a messed up sleeping patern?

I find that the on the weekends my sleep pattern gets all screwed up....certainly because I go to bed later, then sleep later the next day....
Usually I have no problems falling asleep, reading helps

ok here is a weired story.I live on the second flore of my house..ok here it is.. once I was having a very bad nights sleap and was tosing and turning till like 1:00 or so. and when I wake up in the morning I am lieing down on the flore in front of an open refrigeratore ???I am like "works for me" I grab the worm milk and pore myself a boel of alpen??I cant explane it, I never slep walked after that and why has the frige open?

I can barely understand anything you write click!! You're spelling is horrible!! One time I got up in the middle of the night to get a drink and I found myself lying down on the floor. Who knows how long I was lying there for!!

i have no idea click. maybe you are just messed up... 
i really have to change my sleeping habits. i go to bed around 12 at nite and sometimes 2 in the morning, but i wake up at about 12 in the afternoon and sometimes 1... thats 10 to 12 hours of sleep...

when i was a little kid, i could get up after 3 hours of sleep and be fine, but now. i have to fight to get up. but when i have somthing to do in the morning, i can get up with 6 hours of sleep fine. :o

well here it is 3:02pm and i am just waking up...
on got to get ready for work.
i think this is how my sleeping patern gets messed up....
i work today from 6:00pm - 4:00am
then next week i work in the day time... 
i think it is now time for a new job :wisper: |
