well guess what.. i've got it on PC + its expansion: tribunal, but my computers slow so it runs at 10-20 frames per second(i think)

its a piece of poo, you need least 256mb RAM to run it otherwise it is way to slow

it responds to mouse movenments to slowly, but i guess i've gotten used to that, it is better on the xbox than the PC

Morrowind is a good fps rpg but is poor with regards performance on most high-end systems too. It struggled for me with an 1800+ XP, 1gb RAM & a GeForce 4 4600ti graphics card.
I think there are some performance tweaks you can get to help, but generally the games FPS's are low on the PC.
Unsure if their optimised the code on the XBox or not, I would have hoped so.

Yeah it isn't as bad, the frame rates a bit skippy at times though

yeh it takes a while to travel, probably more than an hour.

I forgot to mention this, It would be not where near 10 frames per second, even the poorest PSone game runs higher then 20 frames per second |

It's more than possible to run at around that low a frame rate, the game has a known issue of making even high-end PC's run at sh1tty fps.
I have an 1800XP with a GeForce 4 4600ti running at game res of 1024x768 (for any other game, eg. UT2003, runs at a steady fps of 60+):
Morrowind - ranges from 30fps in closed area's, down to 10 fps in open areas.
Ashron's Call 2: same as above.
Dungeon Siege: At best got 25fps, worse down to about 5fps.
Only rpg games kill the fps's, purely because PC rpg's are so much more massive than console one's (generally).

true.. but its still pretty bad frame rate.
it is a great game, in my opinion its not let down much by the frame rate at all.
