well the games are kiddy games, and the controller is designed for kids, so that sums it up for me

lets have a look... resident evil series, timesplitters 2, splinter cell, metal gear, turok, BMX XXX, tony halks 3 and 4 and loads more.

over half the games arent for kids so you've obviously been misinformed. sure it has a fair few Gs and PGs but that just because these machines are actually, believe it or not, originally designed for the youngsters! have you ever noticed that anyone who owns a GC doesnt actually care that it has these kiddy games? there is a reason we bought it you know

if you dont own a GC you dont have to buy the games so quit complaining!

oh yeh i forgot to mention Metroid Prime. i dont know about anyone else but if anyone has anything to say to do with if the GC is kiddy then they'll need a good reason to be taken seriously by me.

and notice how most of those games are third party and appeared on other consoles

so? whats wrong with that? just because its on another format doesnt mean its not good. but it does prove that developers are starting to look at the GC not so much as a 'kiddy' console, and porting their more mature games onto the GC. its just the start of good things to come for us older GC gamers.

trust me your going to have to convert to XBox or PS cause Nintendo are going down, all games that they make are kiddy games, end of story

thats your opinion, but i still think they're in the game. maybe not so much here in aus, but in north america and japan they're kikin ass.
its your loss not mine that you think that way. all consoles have their disadvantages and their advantages, its up to you to decide what you want, not what other people should get.

GC are now selling for 149.00 us dollars with 3 games

so tell me you still think GC is #1
they have to lower prices so people would buy them

really its all about opinion, and my opinion is not that GC is better than Xbrick, or PS2. the GC and xbox are just as good as each other, the PS2 is lagging behind due to its early release, but thats made up for its popular and wide range of games. i think that the Gc has a good line up of 2nd and 3rd party developers. not to mention that every single game that i know of that nintendo have personaly worked on turn out great. it already has a strong buch of games , not quite as big as the ps2 and xbox, but i enjoy the GC games more than the xbox ones

only cause you like kiddy games, grow up

btw in a years time they will be paying people to take GC away lol

i've got no problem with that jig

Ps2 has tons of kids games and Xbox wont be immuned... and its nice to stop playing blood n guts games sometimes and enjoy challenging games
