Rap sucks.
I can't even understand what they are saying half the time. Sure I have some songs I can listen to, one particular rap song I enjoy would be 99 problems... solely the beat though, some kind of edited electric guitar.
Either way, Rock is great. I listen from Guns 'N Roses and Rolling Stones to the Sex Pistols and Pink Floyd, love the classics. I even like U2, The Police, Led Zeppelin, and The Doors.
Rock is cool.

Nice, The Police, not to many people know of them, made Sting's career. There are a few rap songs I like from the early 90s mainly because of the beats, and some of the lyrics are good and deep.

I actually thought some of the first songs by snoop dog were good. Back when he was new. NWA had some good songs as well.
