once you get enough points you can go to the store and buy one. or you could read the FAQ for more info.

You won't find anything in the FAQ that will help because the store hack overwrites the ability to change your custom title.

It costs 1200 points to change your custom title so you better start saving/posting.

I don't know the amount of posts needed to go from one title to another because it isn't avaliable in my Mod Control Panel.
