Creeping Up On My Shadows
We lie in wait for 1,000 years,
You see us coming then disappear,
Stare into the darkness that hides the fear,
Hear the screams that sound so clear,
Life has begun but the end is near,
Image is invisible as we appear,
The blood flows as well as your tears,
With eyes that use the hands to pray,
The world has spread its' wings,
Left us to do all these fu.ckin' things,
Beautifully designed by the bell that rings,
With melloncollie and justice for all it brings,
A load of old sh1t to the table of things,
The night has filled the sky with hymns,
As we sing to a tune of bloody beings,
Shadows fell from the sky to the lonely ring,
Property of the ghosts inside of you,
Kill you a little inside, pain through,
My eyes are burning up, a sensation so new,
Decision so hard to make, I gotta choose,
As we stay to care for bitter beings,
Redemption creeping up, the sites I'm seeing,
