There are laws in many states as of now, that people will be fined, not jailed though.....IMO, they should be thrown in jail, do you realize how many damn accidents happen, yes, Sean you do, and I do too, we see them in the ER every damn day....................gr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I think headsets don't solve the problem: drivers are still distracted if they're on the phone, and that increases the likelihood of an accident.
The other day I was on a bus and the bus driver was on his mobile phone.
I yelled at him on the way out. Would have kicked him but there was that wall thing between us. -cough-
